The estimated base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $120,000 per year.
Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors (salary may be adjusted based on geographic location)

What You’ll Do
- Consistently achieve territory sales goals in volume, product mix, new products, and pricing
- Track and manage projects through SalesForce.com to develop actionable sales strategies
- Grow business by increasing and maintaining market share through customer value and competitive positioning
- Build and sustain strong relationships with top indirect and direct contractors across the Super Tennessee region
- Drive engagement and develop productive partnerships with distributors, contractors, and internal Armstrong teams
- Clearly communicate Armstrong specifications, advantages, and installation methods to customers and influencers
- Positively influence decision makers and drive product selections at all levels of the sales channel
- Utilize sales reports, Excel, and business warehouse tools to manage pricing and identify market opportunities
What Will Make You Successful
- Natural ability to build trust, maintain relationships, and work with diverse customer groups
- Highly motivated, organized, and proactive with strong time-management skills
- Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft applications; strong Excel skills beneficial
- Experience working with architectural firms, contractors, and distributor partners in a team-selling environment
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, competitive market with significant growth potential
- Able to leverage data to forecast demand, set meaningful goals, and respond quickly to shifting conditions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum 3 years in construction, distribution, specification sales, or related field
