The estimated base salary range for this role is $88,660 to $133,000 per year.  
Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors

What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality production
  • Oversee end-to-end production from raw materials to finished goods
  • Drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, service, and cost
  • Champion safety initiatives and environmental stewardship
  • Set expectations, monitor performance, and hold teams accountable
  • Lead Gemba walks and visual management processes
  • Manage production planning, scheduling, and backlog processes
  • Partner with Supply Chain on materials and production coordination
  • Supervise, coach, and develop Supervisors, Team Leads, and hourly employees
  • Manage labor planning, timekeeping, and staffing levels
  • Support new product launches, capital projects, and quality initiatives
  • Manage production budgets, labor costs, and financial targets
  • Track and improve KPIs (safety, quality, delivery, OEE, scrap, throughput)
  • Lead change management initiatives and implement standard work
  • Drive root cause analysis (5-Why) and problem solving
  • Partner with Maintenance & Engineering on equipment and capital improvements
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in:
    • Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field
      (or equivalent experience)
  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing/production operations
  • 3–5 years of people leadership experience (supervisors, team leads, hourly employees)
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Manufacturing operations
    • Production planning & scheduling
    • Quality systems
    • Safety standards
  • Experience with:
    • ERP systems
    • Production reporting & timekeeping systems
  • Financial experience managing:
    • Labor costs
    • Overtime
    • Production budgets

  • Strong background in Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement
  • Certifications such as:
